Refund Returns
Thank you for shopping with Obbomed. We stand behind the quality of our medical products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note on Hygiene-Sensitive Items: Due to the medical nature and hygiene standards of our products (such as mattresses, cushions, and wearable supports), items that have been opened or removed from their original sealed plastic packaging are not eligible for return unless they are found to be defective upon arrival.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
3. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing errors. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our support team at [Your Contact Email] with photos of the defect.
4. Shipping Costs
General Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective Items: If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, Obbomed will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
Items with obvious signs of use.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Customized or personalized medical equipment.
